I just did this with brown rice flour in place of the Wondra, and it worked perfectly for a gluten-free spinach and mushroom white pizza.

Somewhat cosmic. I was just wondering if anybody had a good vegan recipe for garlic sauce for pizza.So… Wondra. Any substitutions allowed? I actually have Wondra (which is probably 300 years old), but I’m curious.
